This project features multifamily apartments situated on land divided between two plots under separate authorities, each with varying parking requirements. Additionally, the location on the hill of a lake adds an extra layer of complexity to the site planning and building placement, resulting in a design that harmonizes with the natural surroundings while meeting regulatory standards.
